Workers are seriously injured and killed every year because they mistakenly assume something is safe or low risk, when it is not. This can include PPE, Unfamiliar Workplaces, Tools, Machinery, Equipment, Procedures, Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO), Confined Spaces and Recently Introduced Controls.
