Workers are commonly injured every year simply because they over exert themselves when lifting. Sometimes it's done trying to impress others, sometimes in an effort to save time, and sometimes because they don't know better options. 
 
Whatever the reason, this Workplace Health & Safety Poster encourages workers to be sensible about lifting and carrying heavy loads. And in particular, because everyone's physical abilities are different, to listen to their body warning them when it's too heavy to lift or keep carrying.
